Olive Party '07
We put up 300 lbs of Olives this year. We first
crack the olives. Then they stand in water for 5 days, changing the water
twice a day. Then they are put in salt water for two days. Then another
party to take the pits out and they are jarred with olive oil, hot pepper we
grow and garlic. Below is the olive cracking party.
